🔄 Modifications and Changes
• If changes to date or itinerary are made after February 28, 2025, the difference between the early booking fare and the flyer fare will be charged.
• In case of change to open-date tickets after February 28, 2025, the difference between the early booking fare and the flyer fare will apply to new dates.

💰 Refund Policy
• Early booking tickets are non-refundable, but cancellation refunds will only be for fuel surcharge and EU ETS environmental surcharge.
• Tickets can be issued with open return (outbound with early booking discount, return with flyer fare without further early booking discount).
• Tickets initially issued with early booking discount are valid until 31.12.2025, even in case of replacements (e.g., change of travel date).

• The 20% discount applies on top of any other discounts, except for the child discount.

⏳ Booking Deadline
• Tickets must be issued within 10 days from the booking date.

Discounts for campers

This offer provides a 25% discount on vehicle fares for members of specific automotive clubs and camper associations, depending on the selected offer:

  • Offer A: 25% discount on all vehicle categories (including open deck vehicles) for members of the listed clubs and associations. The discount applies only to vehicle fares.

  • Offer B: 25% discount on campers, caravans, and any combinations including these vehicles (also with open deck), exclusively for members of certain clubs and associations. The discount applies only to vehicle fares and does not extend to other categories.

The offer is valid for travel on the Ancona, Bari, and Venice routes throughout the year (from January 1 to December 31), but with some restrictions:

  • Not valid for Camping on Board on the Ancona-Greece route during the peak season (from July 1 to August 15 and from August 1 to September 15).
  • Cannot be combined with other offers such as family, seat reservation, deck passage, and loyalty discounts, but can be combined with discounts for senior, young, and child passengers.
  • The discount does not apply to the fuel supplement and is not valid for unaccompanied vehicles.

Discount on ferries within Greece

The offer provides a 30% discount on tickets to the Cyclades, Dodecanese, Sporades, Saronic Islands, Crete, and the Northeastern Aegean Islands when combined with a Superfast Ferries ticket for the Adriatic Sea. The discount is valid for one-way or round-trip tickets for passengers and vehicles (all categories) on domestic routes.

However, the discount does not apply to fuel surcharges, pet transport fees, or the Pure cabin supplement. Additionally, discounts cannot be combined, and only the most advantageous offer will be applied. Tickets for both the Adriatic Sea and domestic routes must be purchased at the same time.

Pets

Passengers traveling with pets must declare it at the time of ticket booking. The issuance of the ticket for the pet is mandatory and requires the registration of the following information: pet passport or health book number, category (e.g., companion, therapy, assistance), size (large > 10 kg or small <= 10 kg), and onboard location (in cabin, in kennel, or on deck).

Travel companions must carry the pet’s health book and, for EU residents, the pet passport. They must follow boarding procedures and are responsible for the animal’s care, safety, and hygiene during the journey. For dogs, cats, and ferrets, a rabies vaccination certificate is mandatory. Each passenger may travel with a maximum of 5 pets, all vaccinated and with a health book.
