The port of Sikinos is located in Alopronia, it is a small tourist port and offers berthing to small boats but isn't an easy port for maneuvers. There is not a lot around the port and the nearby village has taverns and a small grocery store. There is a paved road that leads from the port to Chora, the center of the island and a bus service is provided every hour, which also goes to the beaches.
