How to reach the port of Astakos
Astakos port can be reached by car from Athens along the E08 towards Olimpia, along the A8 toll road. Follow the signs for Astakos; the route takes about 3 hours and a half. From Patras, the port can be reached along the Ionia / Odos, the A5 the distance is about 100 kilometres.
By bus, the Ktel company offers connections departing from the port to coincide with ferry arrivals to Athens; it is advisable to consult the website of the transport company directly.
